1st Annual Banquet Fundraiser

Iowa Veterans Outdoor Experience (IVOE) is Proud to Announce Our 1st Annual Banquet Fundraiser

Join us for a fun-filled evening of great food, games, raffles, and more.

IVOE is a volunteer program started by members of the Solon American Legion, formed in 2018 as an official 501c3. IVOE’s goal is to bring camaraderie and save lives through the outdoors to all eras of our nation's disabled veterans to show them they are not alone in their fight.

To date, IVOE has received 20 calls or emails stating that their time participating in one of our events has saved their lives.

To participate in an IVOE event, the only cost to the veteran is transportation to and from the event. IVOE covers the cost of everything while they are with us. This is possible through donations. All donations go directly to helping our veterans. No board member or volunteer receives compensation.

This is Where We Need Your Help!

We are looking for sponsors to help us continue to save lives! IVOE has a fall whitetail bow/crossbow hunt and a spring fishing trip. We have veterans from across the USA who participate in these events. The average cost is approximately $500.00 per participant, and we host 10 veterans for each event.

Your sponsorship will help us continue our mission.
